The Celtic group of companies have been in existence since 2002 and has both a National and International portfolio, offering a variety of bespoke education, clinical and organisational services.

It has a proven track record of working with governmental health departments, hospital trusts and individuals to design, develop and implement commissioned products that directly impact on the quality of patient care.
 
The company has medico legal expertise and interweaves that knowledge throughout its products and services to ensure governance issues are an integral part of our core philosophy.

Directors

Grant Williams FFEN (Company Director)
BSc(Hons) DipN(Lond) RGN PGCE RNT.

An Emergency Nurse with over 22 years of experience working both within, and with, the NHS.

Commissioned contracts have included working with the Department of Health Intensive Support Teams in England, independent lecturing throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland and implementing Emergency Nurse Practitioner Services in Wales and Northern Ireland.


A qualified Expert Witness with experience of both civil and criminal cases. Grant is currently completing the final year of a Masters degree in Medical Law at Cardiff Law School. He is also the Registrant Nurse Member of the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), a Trauma Instructor and sits on the Board of Directors of Trauma Nursing Limited. He is a past Chairman of the Royal College of Nursing Emergency Care Association (ECA).

Grant was selected by Nursing Standard as an ambassador to raise the profile of Nursing in the UK in 2005, and regularly contributes to developing emergency care in his role as expert panellist for the National Electronic Library for Health (Emergency Care), as a member of the expert advisory group for the Welsh Assembly Government and through his involvement with key stakeholders of emergency care across the UK.


Kevin Randall FFEN (Company Director)
MSc. BSc. Dip HE. FETC. RN.

Kevin is an Independent Emergency Care Consultant and is also employed as Lead Emergency Nurse Practitioner for the Pontypridd & Rhondda NHS Trust.

As a Consultant and Independent lecturer, he has been commissioned by many health care organisations across the UK. He is the immediate past Chairman of the Royal College of Nursing Emergency Care Association (ECA) and past Chair of the RCN Emergency Care Forum of Wales

Kevin is also a Trauma Instructor, sits on the Board of Directors of Trauma Nursing Limited and is an Advanced Life Support instructor.
